01Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and 33wi ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the platform 33wi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

This agreement applies together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy 33wi which forms part of the overall platform terms. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over all other documents unless expressly stated otherwise.

02Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the 33wi, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

03Account Usage and Security

Account 33wi is personal and non-transferable to any other party. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out under your account, including all wagers, deposits, withdrawals, and communications made through the account.

To keep your account secure, we recommend that you:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings.
• Not sharing your login credentials with any other individual.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on public devices.
• Notify the support team 33wi immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

Platform 33wi accepts a wide range of payment methods including online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay), and other digital methods available on the platform. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is MYR 30 for most payment methods.
• Deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source and be owned by you.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in the account being suspended pending investigation.
• All deposits will be credited to your account within minutes upon successful verification.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per request.

05Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

General terms applicable to all bonuses 33wi:

• Each bonus has wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted — rollover rates vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• The Welcome Bonus is only eligible to be claimed once by each new user who has never previously held an account at 33wi.

06General Game Rules

• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, 33wi reserves the right to void rounds and return bets to players.
• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games at 33wi is independently audited by accredited third-party bodies to ensure fairness and transparency.
• The minimum and maximum bet for each game is as indicated within the game interface itself.
• Wins resulting from software errors or incorrect value displays will not be paid out and will be voided following investigation.

07Identity Verification (KYC)

09Account Suspension and Closure

33wi reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• There has been a breach of any terms set out in this document.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal activities are suspected or confirmed.
• The user has failed to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Registration information found to be inaccurate or false.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the support team 33wi. Prior to closure, all wagering requirements associated with active bonuses must be fulfilled, or the relevant bonuses will be forfeited. Valid cash balances will be processed for withdrawal once the closure process is complete.

10Liability Limit

Platform 33wi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or security issues.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 33wi is not liable for:

• Any losses resulting from service disruptions, system outages, or technical failures beyond our control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising in connection with the use of the platform.
• Betting outcomes affected by internet connectivity issues on the user's end.

11Responsible Gaming

33wi cares about the well-being of our players. We provide a range of self-control tools to help players manage their gaming habits:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss amount within a specified period.
